Eligibility for Returns

Items purchased directly from us (Toptables.london) may be returned for a refund, provided they are in a new and resaleable condition, including all original packaging and labels.

You must notify us of your intention to return an item via email within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must then be returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery.

Return Costs

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges unless your item is faulty or damaged. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days, provided the item meets our return criteria.

All returns must comply with this policy.

Extended Returns Period

If you require a longer returns period due to circumstances such as moving house, please contact us before purchasing, and we will be happy to assist.
